Assalamualaikum..peace to all...
The 'Frank-Starling law of the heart' states that the greater the volume of blood entering the heart during diastole(heart relaxing), the greater the volume of blood ejected during systolic contraction.
This has caught my attention as this principle can actually be applied in our life. that is, "the more we get, the more we should give"
Most of us have got so many good things in this life like good health, wealth, free time, etc..so we should be able to contribute to more goodness in this world.
And when giving becomes something difficult, we should adapt ourself to it.not just giving up whenever we want..this also was showed by the heart,as it will grow bigger(hypertrophy) when it needs to pump more blood or pump them at higher pressure.
Imagine if the heart is just as lazy as most human being, that it doesnt want to push itself harder when the needs arise.we'll be dead in no time!luckily our heart doesnt behave like that.it is a loyal worker indeed.even it means to hurt itself just to achieve the demand of the body which it sits in.such an amazing organ.
